The only two numbers to remember
For any credit platform: (1) what does one credit cost me — plan fee ÷ included credits — and (2) how many credits does one second burn at my mode and resolution. Multiply, and every marketing veil drops. If either number takes more than two minutes to find in a vendor's docs, treat that as pricing information too. The why behind the veils: why tools use credits.
Run your own numbers. The cost calculator applies your clip length, resolution and a realistic retake buffer across every model at once.
